- 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented
- Β½ banana (for creaminess)
- Β½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1β2 tablespoons honey (optional, to taste)

- Β½ cup strawberries, hulled
- Β½ cup raspberries
- ΒΌ cup blueberries
- Β½ banana
- ΒΌ cup orange juice (fresh-squeezed preferred)

Instructions for Seaberry Sunrise Smoothie Assembly
In a blender, combine seaberries, orange segments, half a banana, Greek yogurt, and honey. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into two tall glasses, filling halfway.
