Elderberry Kombucha
β¨ From the Orchard
Fermentation meets the fruit of the forest in our Elderberry Kombucha, a tart, fizzy drink we call The Sparkling Immune Brew. At Deeβs Nutz and Berries in Brodhead, WI, we believe gut health and seasonal flavor should go hand in hand. Elderberries bring vibrant purple color and deep flavor to kombuchaβs tangy base, creating a beautiful second-ferment beverage thatβs rich in antioxidants and live cultures.
Elderberries have long been used in teas, tinctures, and wellness syrups. But when paired with the probiotic punch of kombucha, they create something truly modern and crave-worthy. Our farm opens in 2028, and we canβt wait for you to sip, swirl, and experience the elderberry harvest in every possible formβfrom preserves to sips like this.
