Directions & Hours

Before you plan a visit, here’s what to know.

Nuts about Dee’s Berries is a developing perennial farm in southern Wisconsin, currently in its establishment phase. While we’re actively planting and building long-term systems, the farm is not yet open for casual public visits.

Before You Visit

Nuts about Dee’s Berries is a working farm in its establishment phase. We’re actively planting, maintaining young trees and shrubs, and building long-term systems designed to improve over time.

Because of this, the farm is not currently open for casual drop-in visits. Early years require careful management to protect plantings, infrastructure, and the land itself. Public access will expand intentionally as the farm matures and systems become more resilient.

We appreciate your interest and your patience as we grow into this place the right way.

When We’re Open to the Public

Nuts about Dee’s Berries is being developed as a long-term, perennial food forest, which means public access will expand in phases as plantings mature and infrastructure is completed.

We anticipate early, limited openings beginning in 2027, with broader public access and U-Pick opportunities developing over time. U-Pick is anticipated around 2028, once trees and shrubs are established enough to support visitor activity without compromising plant health or long-term productivity.

During early seasons, access will be intentionally limited. This allows us to protect young plantings, maintain safe conditions, and ensure that when visitors do arrive, the experience reflects the quality and care we’re building into the farm.

Hours of Operation

Nuts about Dee’s Berries is not currently open to the public while the farm is in its establishment phase.

There are no regular hours at this time. Public access will be introduced gradually through limited openings, reservation-based visits, and seasonal events as the farm matures and systems are ready to support visitors safely.

When hours become available, they will be posted clearly on this page and announced through our official channels.

Where We’re Located

Nuts about Dee’s Berries is located in southern Wisconsin, within easy driving distance of several major cities. While we’re still in our establishment phase and not yet open to the public, we want visitors to have a clear sense of where the farm sits regionally as they plan future visits.

Our location makes us accessible for day trips while still feeling distinctly rural and rooted in agricultural land.
