Aronia Syrup
β¨ From the Orchard
We call this Aronia Syrup Midnight Elixirβbecause one taste, and itβll cast a spell. At Deeβs Nutz and Berries in Brodhead, WI, weβve learned that aronia berries, with their deep purple hue and signature tartness, donβt just belong in jams and smoothiesβthey deserve a starring role in your syrups, sauces, and signature drinks. This syrup is luxurious, lightly spiced, and deeply flavoredβdesigned to impress, whether youβre pouring it over cheesecake or crafting a farm-to-glass cocktail.
The texture is silky, the color is striking, and the flavor? It’s layered with tang, berry richness, and just a kiss of spice. With our farm opening in 2028, we’re setting the bar high for berry-based productsβand this Midnight Elixir is our crown jewel.
