- 2½ cups vegetable or chicken broth
- Salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
- Sauté the aromatics: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5–7 minutes.
